Reflection (Tuesday With Morrie): 21 of March 2013

What motivates me the most, when working in a group, is when I see a great equal interest for what we are doing. I really like to see passion on people and when I don't feel them get passionate about the subject, but I do see this spark, I attempt my best to try to turn that spark into a fire that is big enough to incinerate a forest; however, if I see that some people don't have an interest I give up on them and I just let them follow their own way. Nothing necessarily kills my motivation but what does stop me down would be the fact that a person doesn't turn in their work on time or simply forget their materials. If that happens then I will get disappointed and I would probably try to push them away from a project since I don't trust them much.

  1. True! I also get discouraged when the people around me are negative or depressed. They are a weight and I can't help but be brought down a bit by them. Thanks for trying to lift up your group and our class!
